Post-Construction cleanings can be challenging. A lot of work has been done and the clean up can quite the task. From pesky dust to stubborn build-up, we've got it all covered. Rest easy we'll take care of the clean-up, so you don't have to worry!

Pricing

  • Initial Deposit: $260.00

    • This includes a 4hour minimum and 2 crew members. Upon completion, the deposit will be applied and the remainder of your bill

  • Hourly: $65.00

    • Due to the complexity, tediousness and detail that goes into a post-construction clean, more time is needed then other types of cleaning we offer
